Immortals is an American fantasy action film which is directed by Tarsem Singh.The movie stars with Henry Cavill, Freida Pinto and Mickey Rourke. The film was released on November 11, 2011 in 3D and IMAX 3D.The movie is set in the time of the Greek gods and tells the story of Theseus, a mortal who must battle the evil king Hyperion. With exciting action sequences and a great cast, Immortals is a must-watch film.

Synopsis:

Theseus is a mortal man who is chosen by Zeus to lead the fight against the ruthless king Hyperion.He is a rampage across Greece to obtain a weapon that can destroy humanity.

Storyline:

A new evil threatens the land. King Hyperion  made the war against humanity.An bloodthirsty army of soldiers is disfigured by his own hand. Hyperion scorches Greece in search of the legendary Epirus Bow. A weapon of unimaginable power is forged in heavens by Ares . He possesses this bow.

 Titans have imprisoned deep within the walls of Mount Tartaros.They thirst for revenge. The bow creates destruction upon mankind and annihilate the Gods.

Ancient law dictates the Gods.It must not intervene in man's conflict. They remain powerless to stop Hyperion.Hyperion is a peasant whose name is Theseus.He comes forth their only hope.

 Hyperion is finding the elusive Bow of Epirus. An ancient sub-machine gun capable of shooting an unlimited number of magically produced arrows in rapid succession.It is man of the people Theseus (Henry Cavill).He convulsed into action by the annihilation of his village and Hyperion’s sadistic murder of his mother.

He inspired by the visions of the Sybelline Oracle Phaedra (Freida Pinto).  Any number of early scenes are devoted to demonstrating what a bad idea it is to come to the attention of Hyperion. Rourke is capable of taking paycheck roles in a whole new slew of bad movies.

 

The actor skulks around with massive scars on his face that must have been caused by too carelessly donning one of his own beclawed masks. Hyperion dispatches sycophants bearing good tidings.

He prolongs his victims’ pain in novel ways.His cooking is alive inside a hollow silver minotaur. Rourke employs a basso profondo as an intimation of the seismic waves. He intends to unleash upon the entire Greek cosmos. It’s ham sliced thick, worthy of a wink and a nod.
